Delivery and Return Policy
Senegal Delivery
Dakar: 1–2 business days via express courier. Other regions: 2–5 business days. Free delivery on orders over 50,000 XOF.
Canada Delivery
Montreal/Toronto: 2–4 business days. Other provinces: 5–10 business days. Free delivery on orders over 150 CAD.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM local time are processed the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Returns & Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Senegalese consumer protection law (minimum 7 days). Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact support@didoralux.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
